Sometimes, General Motors is just a big tease.
Last week, we had the first drive of the 2010 Cadillac SRX Turbo--and later this week, we'll bring you something special on the 2010 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon, too.
Today, GM's giving some bloggers a look at future products in its design studio--an event coupled to the mysterious "230" event TheCarConnection will cover live tomorrow morning. We'll be seeing the same stuff, as well as some other new products and things we've seen before.
From the Twittersphere, here's some indication of the new products GM will show, as viewed by @joelfeder and @trx0x:
Future Cadillac sedan: we've reported on the new big Cadillac, a replacement for the DTS and STS. Mockups from this event use "led backlit film on plexi to simulate gauges." Shades of the 2010 Jaguar XJ?
New small Cadillac sedan and coupe: @trx0x says "GM going 2 intro smaller than CTS model line, coupe 8 in smaller than CTS."
2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible. Delayed by Chapter 11, back on track now.
2012 Chevrolet Malibu. On its way after five years on the market, the new car has "an even better looking exterior" and according to @culturegarage, the "interior looks WAY better."
2011 Buick compact sedan, Buick mid-size sedan, and Buick crossover: badge engineering lives; we've told you about the Buick version of the Chevrolet Cruze and a larger sedan that's still smaller than the LaCrosse. Looks like GM's Jan Brady brand will get lots of new product, though in a shared, Mercury way. The Riviera nameplate's been mentioned, which makes no sense to us on a sedan.
2011 Chevrolet Spark, 2011 Chevrolet Viva: @trx0x says the "New Aveo and Spark look good, 2-door looks w/4 doors, sort of reminds me of Euro Civic Hatch in that respect."
2011 Cadillac Converj: Bob Lutz is out there hinting at its imminent approval--which means the "230" speculation about the 2011 Chevrolet Volt's gas mileage may be gathering steam.

Its could to see that a company running on taxpayer money is releasing info for free on Twitter rather than in a paid media blitz

I would love to have some kind of information who is the person @trx0x.
Also, I wonder why GM (and others) are not using twitter as a tool to promote their new cars. Didn't they see what @Delloutlet is doing on twitter?

Marty, looking forward to the updates tomorrow. Particularly interested in news / updates on the Volt as well as the Cadillac.
