Oh to be Jason Statham, the bad-boy British star featured in Audi's upcoming Super Bowl '09 commercial. Not since Yul Brenner has bald been so sexy.

Statham is the star in Audi's 60-second Super Bowl advertising extravaganza, "Chase" (60 seconds long! Someone has some cash reserves laying around). Audi's preview of the spot (above) features a delicious collection of iconic autos from the 60s, 70s, and 80s engaged in all sorts of hoonery.

Partnering with the TV show 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,' Ford Motor Company yesterday shocked the Pennsylvania-area Drumm family with a brand new 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid sedan. Significant financial hurdles encountered by Matt and Blasia Drumm, who have two autistic children requiring three doctors visits weekly as well as other costly medical needs, had left them at the mercy of a borrowed van from a family member and a home in dire need of repairs, updates, and furniture.

Yes, high gas prices suck--so bad that even the Dodge "HEMI Guy" is dumping his pickup in the name of charity. Jon Reep's the "HEMI Guy"--the dude who leaned out of his truck in TV commercials from the Chrysler Group, uttering the redneck idiom/mantra of our times, "That thing got a HEMI?" Like everyone else, Reep's probably tired of paying $100 a shot to fill up his truck, so he's listing it on eBay to cash in on the remaining portion of his allotted 15 minutes. At least the standup guy's doing the standup thing, and donating a portion of the proceeds to the American Diabetes Association. The truck has 8,200 miles on it, and it's said to be...
