Now is a great time to buy a cool classic car. With the economy being soft, prices for many cars haven't been this low in years. But cars trade hands in good times and bad.

There you'll find some great deals on classics, exotics, customs, and just plain old cars. Automotive enthusiast and entrepreneur Robert "B.C." Cross actually cares more about garages than what he parks in them. His web site, www.CarProperty.com is a curious mix of Robb Report-meets-real estate MLS; a site where serious and would-be collectors can scan classified ads that focus on garages.

Cross's site lists luxury real estate (there's a nice home with 18 garage spaces just outside of Atlanta), storage facilities, and even old gas stations -- any real estate that has to do with cars.
