2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe Comes Next May

The delayed two-door version of the Cadillac CTS is coming in May, and when it arrives, the 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe will be joined right away by a V-8 CTS-V Coupe, too.

A spokesman confirmed to TheCarConnection that the two-door would get the 2011 model year designation, and that it would share powertrains with the CTS sedan and the new 2010 CTS Sport Wagon that's in the product pipeline for the current calendar year.

The Coupe had been due for a release this summer, but GM's bankruptcy resulted in many product planning changes, including the delay of the two-door CTS.

2009 Cadillac CTS: We Drive the New Camaro! Sort Of

To be clear, we haven't driven the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro...exactly. But we have just driven a 2009 Cadillac CTS that has much in common with the forthcoming Chevy. Hang on and we'll tell you about it.

We've already published plenty on the Cadillac CTS. This is the same car that was all-new in 2008. Check out our complete review on the 2009 CTS here and you'll see that we like this mid-size sedan plenty. The chiseled exterior shape remains striking even after more than a year of sales behind it.
