Microsoft has lost face in recent years -- both in court and in the marketplace -- but with the release of Windows 7, the folks from Redmond are working hard to restore the company's stature. One of the ways they're doing that is via strategic partnerships, including some targeted directly at auto enthusiasts. Example: a selection of Windows 7 theme galleries that allow users to customize their desktop environment with images and icons from Infiniti, Porsche, and Ferrari. Infiniti Makes 20, Celebrates By Painting An Infiniti G37

We have good news, bad news, and more good news for Infiniti fans. The good news: Infiniti is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The bad news: the company chose to celebrate by turning an Infiniti G37 into an art car inspired by Cirque du Soleil (which seems really random, but Cirque is celebrating its own 25th anniversary, so there's a loose connection). The good news: it still looks better than that leprous MINI inspired by Katy Perry. Still, they could've just given us all Infiniti Essences and called it a day. [Autoblog]

It's been teased in brief sketches and computer-generated renderings, and now the 2011 Infiniti M is here--almost.

These are the first live shots of the car, revealing its svelte new design in its truest form so far. For the new generation, Infiniti’s designs have injected the M with a coupe-like profile, a range of more powerful--and hopefully more fuel-efficient--engines, and increased interior space.
