Last week TheCarConnection.com brought you our First Drive impressions of the new 2010 Suzuki Kizashi, and posted a comprehensive Bottom Line that covers styling, performance, quality, safety, and features, among other aspects. Typically, when a manufacturer brings competing models out on a drive event for a vehicle—especially one that involves track time, such as what TheCarConnection.com recently attended—it's a signal that they're serious to prove a point. Such is the case for Suzuki, who very soon will re-enter the mid-size sedan arena and roll out an all-new flagship sedan, the exotically named but quite normal-looking 2010 Kizashi.

2010 North American Car Of The Year Short List Revealed

2010 North American Car Of The Year Short List Revealed

It's that time of year again: time to decide the North American Car and Truck of the Year (NACOTY). This time around, our own Executive Editor Marty Padgett is one of the jurors, and we're bringing you the insider's perspective on the process, as well as looking to hear what you have to say on which car and truck should be picked as the year's best.

Starting with a long nominee list of 27 cars and 17 trucks, the NACOTY panel carefully selected just 15 cars and 10 trucks that will be up for the final award.
